Angel Williams vs Los Ben Dejos

You know it’s going to be a colorful match when Los Ben Dejos is signed to appear. The neon-tinged duo show up with their usual style and aplomb, paying attention to what’s important–their appearances–comparing their hair to opponent Angel Williams’ and arguing about the lack of color coordination in their pants. Angel, wily pro, that she is, sees a gap and attacks from behind. It’s the beginning of the end for the hapless guys in this thoroughly one-sided massacre. This is not a quiet match. There’s plenty of snarky to and fro (that Angel mostly gets the best of) and a lot of laughs but there’s also a lot of action. Cruz is tossed out of the ring and kept out for a while as Angel takes it to Jay, destroying his leg with submissions holds, stomps, slams against the mat and even the ring post. Eventually Cruz is brought back in and Angel humiliates them both, taking it to them with a comically green baseball bat, punches them, kicks them, chokes them. She toys with them, intertwining their bodies in amusingly awkward fashion, dishing out crotch punishment, bashing them with an oversized boxing glove. A pair of high impact moves leaves the pair knocked out. But the humiliation doesn’t end there as Angel piles them up and sits on them in a supremely cocky victory pose. It has not been a good day for Los Ben Dejos.
