WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... Aleister Black may be a master of striking but before he & his wife Zelina Vega start smashing the bag in their garage gym, they roll-it-out. That's right, to avoid injuries the Black household get those Foam-Rollers deep into every muscle. Plus, Zelina told me that as a result of an almost career-ending motorcycle accident, she has to loosen-up with a Roller before every workout. I have to say, Foam Rolling is part of my own workout routine. I advise anyone doing physical activities to make sure you are warmed-up and stretched-out before you get stuck-in to weights or whatever it is you are training.
