His opponents either suffered a brutal knockout or were unable to continue under a hail of punches, in which case the knockout was considered a technical knockout. Anvarbek Daniyalbekov has long established himself as one of the most fearsome strikers in all of Russian mixed martial arts, with a track record of 10 knockouts in 12 professional fights. Finding a worthy opponent for him is becoming increasingly difficult, but on January 30th, at the "NWPA. Defense of Leningrad" tournament, he faced an equally formidable opponent. That opponent was the two-meter-tall Brazilian giant Marcus Atilla, nicknamed "Megatron." The Brazilian previously competed in the light heavyweight division and made a name for himself against Alexey Golub at last year's "Defense of Leningrad" tournament. Following that battle, he fought for the Centro Oeste Fight organization and won the championship title, adding it to his collection of accolades. Now, the hulking and colorful fighter is moving up to the 84 kg weight class and is ready to face a formidable knockout artist. #NWPA #Fight #Knockout
