A look at the “5X5 Energy System Training” session, which takes place in the Thursday edition of our 12:30pm “All Strength & Sweat” class led by Coach Jay Patto. Less fat, more muscle, better function. This class has it all and is proving very popular with people of all levels of ability, from everyday gym goers to pro-fighters here at Tiger. “5X5 Energy System Training” is designed to work your entire body over 5 x 5 minute rounds. Each round utilizes different principles to improve strength, speed, balance, coordination, stamina, endurance, body awareness and more!
