Silent, Ascension 1. Late-night Twitch vod, with new webcam setup. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This series follows my full run through Slay the Spire 2, taking on every difficulty level on camera with full video recordings and commentary. Win or lose, I intend to document my FULL climb: no edits, no save-scumming, no embarrassing losses stricken from the record… Just me, the cards, and simple two-digit addition. The original Slay the Spire - released in 2017 by MegaCrit - is a deck-building roguelike where you construct a synergistic deck of cards while encountering enemies, bosses, and random events. Each run is a new puzzle: new characters, different mechanics, game-defining relics, and player choice all work together to make every attempt a unique experience. STS1 was a breakthrough success, and is considered by many to be the greatest indie game of all time. The sequel, 2026’s Slay the Spire 2, builds on that foundation in a truly remarkable way. The Ironclad, the Silent, and the Defect all return with all new cards and mechanics, while new characters like the Regent and the Necrobinder introduce totally new ways to climb the Spire. New enemies, new bosses, new events, and MULTIPLAYER make STS2 appear to be one of the most “finished” Early Access games of all time Expect full runs (wins and losses both) and a LOT of learning, as I attempt to navigate the new game while also learning how to make compelling Let’s Play content. Feel free to give me constructive tips, as long as you are not cruel and unusual. Subscribe if you want to follow the climb and see how the game changes with each Ascension level, throughout Early Access, and into wide release. #SlayTheSpire2 #SlayTheSpire #Deckbuilding #Roguelike #Gaming #LetsPlay #StrategyGames #Ascension #CardGames #IndieGames #STS #STS2 #Ironclad #Silent #Defect #Regent #Necrobinder
