This Sweet and sour chicken with peppers and pineapple is so full of flavors and easy to make on any day of the week. INGREDIENTS 1.75lb (800G ) Chicken breast, cut bite size Salt and Pepper 1 Tsp Garlic powder 1 Tsp Onion powder 1 Tbs soy sauce 1 Egg, beaten 1 Tsp Dijon mustard 2 cups all purpose flour Oil for frying Sauce 1 Tbs dark soy sauce 1Tbs Vinegar or lemon juice 1Tsp Sugar 1/2 cup Ketchup ( tomato sauce ) 1 Tsp corn starch water to thin VEGETABLES 1 Bell pepper, red, cut bite size 1Bell pepper , green, cut bite size 1 Medium, red onion ( 1/2C ) bite size 2 C Pineapple , cut bite size 2 scallions, chopped Finishing and garnish
