In this training session, Rafael Raimond is teaching Zakhar the signature techniques of Greco-Roman wrestling — one of the world’s oldest combat sports, dating back to the ancient Olympic Games. Unlike Freestyle Wrestling, Greco-Roman strictly prohibits the use of legs for attacks or defense, forcing fighters to rely entirely on upper-body strength — particularly the shoulders, back, and hips — to lock, lift, and throw their opponents.
