Strike Todoroki got some new changes in a Season 16 2nd and a half anniversary patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. They adjusted his beta hitbox so it’s not active for as long, gave his gamma a longer cooldown when only using one charge, and kinda reworked the gamma to allow him to jump off it at any point. This character was among the strongest way back in Season 1 of Ultra Rumble and even now in Season 16 that holds true. Despite being a grounded character he still has pretty good movement with the gamma ice slide, not to mention devastating stun combos, and great wake up catch pressure.
