Coaching in our All Levels No-Gi BJJ class, well experienced champion grappler Aleksei Perederiy teaches some great submission options to use against an opponent who is defending with a strong grip. Our all levels no-gi BJJ classes run Monday-Friday at 9:30am, beginner level no-gi BJJ classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30am, and Open Mat sessions take place on Saturday's at 9:30am.
