And whilst the action is predominantly grappling based, Rachel is not above falling back on a few pro tricks to turn the tide her way. After a grueling back and forth battle, one wrestler is able to convert an armbar attempt into a Triangle Choke and it's all over. The loser is left to catch her breath and recover as the winner declares herself the 'submission magician'!
