Rain is stretching in the ring when Karlee comes in and is immediately trapped in an armbar by the Ravishing One. Karlee takes Rain to the mat, but the crafty veteran escapes and slaps on a Hammerlock, then starts dropping knees on Karlee’s exposed elbow. Rain sends Karlee face first into 3 turnbuckles, wraps her in the ropes, delivers shoulderblocks in the corner, and methodically picks apart the newcomer. When Rain locks in a Sleeperhold that puts Karlee out, Rain declares that she is the winner of the first fall … though it’s not clear whether this was always a Best of 3 matchup, or if Rain simply wants to dish out a little more punishment. And Karlee stirs, Rain rakes her back twice, punches and chokes her in the corner, delivers double chops to the neck, and generally makes life miserable for the youngster. A few more painful strikes and submission holds, and Rain applies an old-school hold that leaves Karlee unconscious on the mat and Rain the winner by a count of 2-0.
