Am sharing this very simple recipe on how to make soft and fluffy chapati also called paratha or roti in your own kitchen. Just five ingredients and your yourself this delicious flat breads very popular in Indian cuisine and around the world. INGREDIENTS 6 cups all purpose flour or plain flour outside US, plus extra as needed 1 Tbs Kosher salt ( 1/2 Tbs Table salt ) 1 Tbs Sugar 1 Tbs Cooking oil 4 cups lukewarm water, start by adding 3 cups then add as needed
