1.5 pound pork tenderloin 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 2 tbsp dijon mustard 2 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp kosher salt 1.5 tbsp honey Petite red potatoes (1 bag) Rosemary Thyme 6-8 cloves garlic 1/2-1 cup chicken broth Cook covered on 400 for 30 minutes. Take cover off, base pork and put back in the oven on 400 for 5 more minutes and then broil for 2 minutes. Let it rest (covered) 5 minutes before slicing it. The mixture on top is the roasted garlic smashed up with some fresh parsley, 3 tbsps butter(melted), a pinch of sea salt and the the juices from the pan mixed together.
