Unlikely plot. Why not just tell them they were adopted? Unfunny. Christopher and Glenn Close must really need the money. Ed Helms does a reasonable Ben Stiller impersonation. Jessica Gomes is gorgeous!

I'm glad I don't ever allow the ratings a movie gets to be the deciding factor on wether I watch it or not. I loved this movie. Owen is his typical self, and that's always enjoyable for me. The story is, of course, a goofy one, but also sweet, and endearing. Glenn Close is amazing, and beautiful (as always). Christopher Walken, though a small role, is as eclectic, eccentric, funny, and himself as he always is. That is why we all love him, I think. Ed Helm is funny in this movie. I think he did a great job of embodying the type of character he plays. Stuffy, repressed, ashamed, longing, intelligent, and (finally) open (to change). The supporting cast was great. The Mass accents were great to hear, miss the area. This is a movie I would definitely watch again. It's east, laid-back, and funny. Because not every movie (or everything) in life has to be something so serious we need to full-focus, dissect, and/or intellectualize it. This movie is a fun watch.

I'm so glad that I didn't listen to the bad reviews. It was a sweet and funny movie. I usually don't watch movies that were rated as low as this, but I'm glad I watched it.

This movie is awful. Helms and Wilson make a terrible pair on sceeen, and the movie overall is boring. I've seen some pretty bad movies over the years, and this ranks right up there with MIB2, the Ghostbusters remake, Black Panther, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the crystal skull. Seriously, this movie is a bomb; don't waste your time.

Despite the poor scores by critics, this is a fun movie to put on for a quite night at home. Ed Helms and Owen Wilson work well together, and the support cast holds up their end well too. Found myself laughing a lot more than I expected going in

This is one of those movies that dragged out. Not only that but the entire plot becomes absolutely pointless and h necessary once the conclusion is revealed. Contrary to how most feel I like Owen Wilson, even though he pretty much just plays himself in every movie. I've always found it interesting how he can play a raunchy yet family friendly sort of character. Ed Helms was easily my favorite character of The Office and although he hasn't taken many good roles in recent years I still enjoy his acting. This movie had its moments, was it hilarious? No, would I go out of my way to watch it again? No, but as far as a movie on tv when you're with people who haven't seen it yet it'd be worth another watch to see their reactions.
