Hey lovelies I'm making pork and matoke skewers, these are really delicious for a weekend with family friends or even treating yourself to something this yummy. Ingredients; 1kg pork, Matoke, 1onion, 4cloves garlic, Pork Marinade 2tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp honey, 1tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2tsp salt, 1tsp cumin, paprika, coriander, 1tsp royco, 1tsp lemon juice, 1onion, 4garlic cloves .
