ingredients 4 pounds of tenders (thats how much I USED) All Purpose seasoning (I used @MrMakeItHappen ) Cayenne Pepper Chipotle Powder 2 cups buttermilk 1/2 cup hot sauce Mix all the above together in a large bowl and let it sit for 5 hours. To a large bag, get 4 cups of flour and double (or triple) the seasoning above. Dredge chicken and fry in 350 degree oil for 7-9 minutes. Let drain on a wire rack. For sauce: 1 7oz jar of chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce) 7 Oz chicken broth 1 tbsp Ketchup 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar 12 oz of honey (more for a sweeter, stickier sauce) Blend chipotles and broth until smooth. Drain until the seeds are out. Add to a sauce pan. Cook for 5 minutes and then add honey. Cook until sauce gets to the consistency you like. Sauce up the tenders and enjoy!
