Proper footwork can train an athlete’s body to respond quickly and effectively to changing situations on the beach volleyball court. In this “from the vault” video (2021), April Ross, 3x Olympian for the U.S. Beach National Team, and NTDP Athlete Ella Connor are mic’d up during an NTDP Training Series event.
