Tenille takes on the always daunting task of Malia in this 1 Fall match. But with the surprising lack of confidence shattering trash talk from Hosaka the youngster’s determination is intact. Both show skill in the opening exchange including a flip out counter by Tenille that did not go unnoticed and is later mimicked by Hosaka one upping her young opponent. This highly technical match continues to go back and forth as just when one wrestler looks the verge of taking control a timely counter switches momentum. That is until a deep Boston Crab really does a number on an opponent’s back. A grinding Surfboard follows up but valiant counter attempts show how determined the recipient is and a brief strike exchange later the match is competitive once again. Having at least held her won technically one wrestler injects speed into the equation and finally seems to gain some traction but some fast thinking gets the better of fast motion as this one ends suddenly and perhaps luckily for the victor.
