The techniques presented are functional first and foremost out of a balanced Kyokushin Karate kamae dachi (fighting stance) but should be adaptable or workable straight out of the box even in many other contexts such as MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Sanda, etc. This time we tried a bit of a different video editing style.
