Tuozaafi is just incredibly delicious. #tuozaafi #ghanaianfood #diehuo ~~~~ingredients ~~~~ Stew~ ~ 1kg cow foot ~ 500g cow stomach ~ 400g cow intestines 400g canned chopped tomatoes 2-3 habanero peppers 3 large onions 1.5 thumb size ginger 4-5 cloves of garlic 1 tsp aniseed & rosemary 2 pieces grains of selim 3-4 cloves 2 dried bay leaves 1 tbs all purpose seasoning Salt to season 1 tbs each herring powder & shrimp powder Green soup/ ayoyo soup 250g frozen molochia leaves/ jute leaves 200g fresh okro 1 tsp all purpose seasoning Salt 1 habanero pepper 3 dried herrings Tuozaafi/ swallow 2 cups corn meal flour 2 cups fermented dried cassava flour 1 liter water
