The rules for this Lucky 7 Match are simple: when a submission is applied, the trapped wrestler has to escape or resist submitting for 7 seconds. If she does, she gets a point; if she gives up, the attacker gets a point. Both KC and Rachel show their toughness early on. They work each other over with grinding Headlocks, but neither wants to fall behind on the scorecards so they last the whole 7 seconds and pick up a point each. Successful submissions are hard to come by here, even as KC and Rachel attack one another with wrenching armholds. KC wins one point with a suffocating reverse Bearhug. Rachel answers with a wrist-twisting test of strength. This is a quick showcase of technical skill and heart and by the end, one wrestler has done more than enough to outpoint the other and earn some respect.
