🥊 FIGHT DESCRIPTION: Only one man could leave the ring undefeated and make history—and that man was Josh Taylor. After twelve intense rounds at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Taylor secured a unanimous decision victory with all three judges scoring the bout 114-112. With the win, Taylor cemented his place in boxing history, becoming only the sixth male fighter in the four-belt era to capture undisputed status and the first Scottish boxer ever to hold all four major world titles in a single division. Taylor (18-0, 13 KOs) seized control in the middle rounds and never looked back. In the sixth, he cracked Jose Ramirez (26-1, 17 KOs) with a sharp left hand that sent the previously unbeaten champion crashing to the canvas. Then came the seventh round, where Taylor nearly ended the fight in spectacular fashion. As they broke from a clinch, Taylor unleashed a vicious left uppercut from long range that landed flush on Ramirez’s chin, sending him stumbling and badly hurt.
