There’s a lot riding on this single pinfall match between Leva “Captain America” Bates and Jessica “Iron Man” James. Cap is suspicious of the Superhero Registration Act as a possible first step to an authoritarian dystopia while Tony Stark/Jessica thinks it’ll make life easier for everyone. Referee Mia “Spider-Man” Yim is undecided so it comes down to a wrestling match! Cap is a little reluctant, pointing out how wrong it feels for those ostensibly on the same side to be fighting but fight they do, launching into a series of tie-ups that escalates when Jessica/Tony takes the mask off only to be blindsided by Cap/Leva. Bodyscissors, neckscissors, mat slams, armbars, tons of chain wrestling…these two certainly demonstrate some superhuman mettle. The match ends on a somewhat unresolved note, suggesting that one hero may have made the ultimate sacrifice for the sake of the other Avengers! Keep an eye out for the sequel!
