This is how to make a delicious Nigerian Spaghetti and meatballs INGREDIENTS MEATBALLS 1 kilo beef (minced meat) 1 egg 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 tspn seasoning powder (to taste) 1 tspn ground red pepper 1 tspn thyme 1 tspn black pepper 1 tspn suya pepper (optional) 1 tspn parsley 1-2 tspn salt (to taste) 1 tspn ginger powder 1 medium size onions (diced) 3 cloves garlic ( minced) PEPPER MIX 4-6 medium size tomatoes 5-7 scotch bonnet pepper 3-4 cayenne peppers 2-3 red bell pepper 1 medium size onions To FRY SAUCE 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 medium size onions ( chopped ) 1 tspn curry powder 1 tspn thyme 1 tbspn minced garlic 1-2 satchet tomato paste 1-2 tbspn seasoning powder (to taste) 1-2 tbspn salt ( to taste) TO BOIL SPAGHETTI 1 pack spaghetti 2-3 tbspn salt Water EXTRA Spring onions You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
