Chick peas are believed to be rich in dietary soluble fiber and contain a lot of nutrients that are essential to the body, in this video I am showing you how to make one of the famous recipes from north India (Chana masala) but not spicy and I used 1. 1tsp cumin powder 2. 1tsp paprika 3. 1tsp Tumeric 4. 1tsp Coriander 5. 0.5tsp Black pepper You can use premixed curry powder and add cayenne or any peppers if you want it spicy, spinach is also a good addition but don’t let what you don’t have stop you from enjoying what you have.
