In judo, we are always falling awkwardly. Things are never always by the textbook and sometimes, you might have to fall in a way that is more unconventional. Therefore, it is important to develop an certain degree of confidence that ensures you can still breakfall no matter what situation you are faced with whilst on the tatami.
