I have footage from his first sessions training in Muay Thai right up until his first Amateue Muay Thai fight. White collar events have become much more popular in the last few years, like the wimp to warrior programme where people build up from novice to having a fight in an 8-12 week window, I found it particularly enlightening to look at Alex journey to competition over the last couple of years. It really does take a long time to build up proper skills and techniques, particularly in a martial art like muay Thai! At the 3 month mark, where alex could have been competing if he were on a white collar programme, you can clearly see him being far from ready for competition.
