2nd Edition of Gladiator & Gladiatrix Fitness Challenge 2025 Takes on the Winter Season The anticipated 2nd Edition of the Gladiator & Gladiatrix Fitness Challenge 2025 took place at Fit Palace, Supply Colony, Kohima, on Friday, 21st February 2025. Organized by Fit Palace Gym, Kohima, the event aimed to promote fitness and endurance among athletes in a rigorous circuit workout challenge. A total of four athletes participated in the fitness challenge, with one winner emerging from each category. The athlete who completed the challenge in the least amount of time was declared the winner. Circuit Workout Challenges Gladiator Category: Squats - 70 Kgs - 35 repetitions Deadlift - 70 Kgs - 35 repetitions One-arm dumbbell snatch - 15 Kgs - 30 repetitions Burpees - 30 repetitions Skipping - 300 repetitions Pull-ups - 20 repetitions Gladiatrix Category: Squats - 40 Kgs - 30 repetitions Deadlift - 40 Kgs - 30 repetitions One-arm dumbbell snatch - 10 Kgs - 15 repetitions Burpees - 20 repetitions Skipping - 300 repetitions Event Results Gladiatrix Winner - Khriemenuo Keditsu (Battleground Unisex Gym, Kohima) Time: 12 minutes 14 seconds Prize: Rs. 5000/- cash with a carton of eggs Gladiator Winner - Imliyanger Aier (Lifefitness Tseminyu) Time: 12 minutes 19 seconds Prize: Rs. 5000/- cash with a carton of eggs The competition witnessed an intense display of strength, stamina, and determination as the participants battled through the challenging workout routines. The event successfully reinforced the importance of fitness and athleticism, inspiring many to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
