CHICKEN QUESADILLAS Makes 3 IINGREDIENTS ½ lb (225g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced 1 ½ Tbsp pre-made fajita seasoning or make your own (see below) 1/2 medium white onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup (75 g) chopped bell pepper, any color (i used greed and red) 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 (10 inch) flour tortillas 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup (100 g) shredded monterey jack cheese Fajita seasoning: 1 tsp chili powder ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper Toppings sliced avocado sour cream tomato salsa Thank you for watching!
