Black pepper chicken stir fry is so easy to make and very delicious. Make this recipe a part of your weekly menu rotations on any day and you and your family will enjoy it. Here are the ingredients 1 Tbs cooking oil ( I used grape seed oil ) 2 lb. chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into stripes 1/2 Tsp Kosher salt 1 Tsp Freshly ground black pepper 1 Tbs soy sauce 1 Tbs cornstarch 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped 1 Tbs Ginger, minced 2 Scallions, white and some green chopped, rest reserved to garnish 1 Medium red onion, peeled cut thick 1 Red bell pepper, sliced medium For the Sauce 1 Tbs oyster sauce 1 Tsp say sauce 1 Tsp rice wine vinegar 1 Tbs dark soy 1/2 c chicken stock 1 Tsp brown sugar 1Tbs White sesame seeds, to finish and garnish Reserved scallion greens
