How to make the most amazing 10 minute chocolate chip cookies! This recipe is so quick and easy. You only need one bowl and you don't even need an electric mixer. This cookie recipe is perfect for beginners and anyone who loves chocolate chip cookies. Ingredients: 110g unsalted butter, melted & cooled slightly (½ cup) 150g light brown sugar (¾ cup, packed) 115g granulated sugar (½ cup + 1 tbsp) 1 large egg, room temp 1 tsp vanilla extract 180g plain flour (1⅓ cups) ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) ½ tsp salt 200g chocolate chips (1 cup + 2 tbsp) Bake 180C/(160C fan) 5-7 minutes - if you overbake they can become hard and crunchy. They should look underdone and puffy when you take them out, then will flatten, crinkle and set as they cool 🥰 Makes approximately 40 mini cookies Tip: If you would like them to be a little thicker, add an extra 20g of plain flour. You could also use softened butter instead of melted butter.
