Transforming Radicals to Fractional Exponents (Tagalog/Filipino Math)

We can transform any base with fractional exponent into radical expression using radical symbol with index and radicand inside. We also define the nth root of a number and how to find it as well as transforming a radical expression into expression with fractional exponent and vice-versa.
