I have been a small business owner for about three years now and found myself running in circles and unable to really take things to the next level. This book has provided me with the roadmap for that next level and I could not feel better about it. I currently only employee one person and hire contract workers for most of our projects but I still found this book to be priceless. Whether you are a fortune 500 or a dude working in his basement I assure you there is something in this book for you.
Most of us know what we need to do to take our company to the next level.This book gives us the framework and it is very easy to follow.Kudos to the authors.

A little skeptical at first but the more I read and listened the more convinced I became. I am now a student of Traction and will continue to learn and grow!
