Hey friends , today am sharing this steak frites recipe using New York sirloin steak and Idaho potatoes for the fries 2 New York sirloin steaks ( about 1 pound each or 45og each ) Salt and pepper Canola oil 2 Tbs Butter, softened 4 - 6 fresh thyme sprigs 4 fresh rosemary sprigs 4 - 6 Garlic cloves For the fries 4 Idaho ( Russet )potatoes, peeled, washed and cut Boiling water, for blanching Oil for frying Herbs for garnishing
