The Combination: 1️⃣ Double Jab – Stay sharp and extend fully by rotating your shoulders. Keep your rear hand tight to the chin to protect yourself while jabbing 2️⃣ Step Forward + Straight Right – Each jab takes a small step forward to close the distance. After the double jab, fire the rear hand straight down the middle 3️⃣ Lead Hook – Follow immediately with a lead hook to keep the pressure on your opponent 4️⃣ Dip After the Hook – Since you’ve entered your opponent’s range, dip under to avoid counters 5️⃣ Uppercut from the Dip – From that dipped position, explode upward with a powerful uppercut, using your legs and hips to generate power 6️⃣ Exit Safely – Don’t stay in the pocket. Get out of the danger zone by using a half step back, framing, or smart movement. ⚠️ Safety Note: Always train boxing techniques in a controlled environment with proper coaching and protective gear.
