Learn how to throw a basic Muay Thai knee on the heavy bag. In this video I demonstrate how to throw a knee and why it is important to have good technique when you throw a knee. The key to the knee strike is to stay balanced and work on your technique. Don't worry about power when you start. You can always add more power after you learn the correct technique, but slow everything down when you start. Knee strikes can be extremely deadly if you use them correctly. They are an excellent tool when you get into the right range and distance from your opponent. The key to developing better knees is to focus on them in training and slowly develop them over time.
