Coaching in our Advanced Level Muay Thai class, Kru Rose teaches how to control an opponent's arms in the clinch, and then use an underhook combined with a knee bump to off balance an opponent, setting them up for a big knee strike 💥 Our Muay Thai classes run every Monday-Saturday at 8am and 3pm, and time is allotted to specifically work on technique in every session.
