2 tablespoons old bay 2 tablespoons badia complete 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups buttermilk 3 cups flour (Add same seasonings above) Let salmon sit in buttermilk mixture for at least 30 mins. Let oil get to 350 and drop salmon. deep fry for about 8 mins until cooked through depending on how big is the salmon.
