FC Bayern fought back to earn a point in the very last second of their home match against 1. FC Heidenheim on Saturday afternoon. In their final match before the Champions League semifinal against Paris Saint-Germain, the German champions once again showed resilience, coming back from two deficits to ultimately draw 3-3 (1-2) with 1. FC Heidenheim. Budu Zivzivadze (22nd minute) put the efficient visitors ahead, before Eren Dinkci extended the lead to 0-2 (32nd). Leon Goretzka (44th) first pulled one back with a direct free kick and then equalized for Munich after the break (58th). In the closing stages, Zivzivadze (76th minute) made it 2-3 following a counterattack, but the final play of the game—an own goal by FCH keeper Diant Ramaj after a shot by Michael Olise hit the post—secured a point for Munich after all. After the final whistle at the Allianz Arena, attention quickly turns to the future.
