This super crispy chicken wings, baked in the oven are delicious and easy to make at home, Served with these two sauces, a mango pili pili and cilantro mint. For the recipe, am using 4 pounds chicken wings that I opened from a bag and let aur dry. INGREDIENTS 4 lb. Chicken wings 11/2 Tbs Spice Rub , recipe here •DELICIOUSROASTEDWHOLEFISH|OVENROAST... Salt and pepper 1 Tbs Baking Soda Mango Pili Pili Sauce 1 Mango, peeled and diced 1 Tbs Lemon juice and zest 1 Tbs Rice wine vinegar 1/2 Tsp Chili powder 1 Tbs Honey or brown sugar ( regular sugar will work too ) 1 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil Cilantro Mint Sauce 1 Tbs Mayonnaise 1 1/2 Tbs Plain yogurt 1Tbs Lemon juice and zest 1/4 Cup Cilantro, cleaned and chopped 1 Tbs Mint, cleaned and chopped Salt and pepper to taste
