Former WWE superstar Ted DiBiase Jr. has just been found not guilty in a criminal case against him for allegedly misusing welfare funds the state of Mississippi. This comes at a critical time as next month at WWE WrestleMania 42, Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton will battle for the Undisputed WWE Championship. These two men alongside DiBiase were once apart of a faction known as “The Legacy”, which lasted from late 2008 to early 2010. Orton served as the leader of this group with DiBiase and Rhodes being his protégés, and were seen in very high profile feuds throughout the year of 2009 and WrestleMania 25. This upcoming match and feud between Orton and Rhodes will have a lot of callbacks to their past, and many of those will be as members of this faction. Ted DiBiase Jr. is the missing piece to this puzzle, and while his run in WWE did not turn out to be nearly as successful as his two stablemates, he very well could be brought back at WrestleMania 42.
