How to make the best no-bake Nutella cheesecake. This easy no-bake cheesecake has an Oreo base, a smooth Nutella filling, topped with a layer of Nutella and roasted hazelnuts. It's so delicious, quick, and easy to make, with no eggs and no oven needed. It's the perfect cheesecake for any occasion. Ingredients Base: 28 Oreos, finely crushed (3 cups Oreo crumbs) 95g unsalted or salted butter, melted (7 tbsp unsalted or salted butter) Cheesecake: 400ml double cream, cold (1 ⅔ cups heavy whipping cream, cold) 500g cream cheese, room temperature (2 cups) 450g Nutella (1 ¾ cups Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread) 80g icing sugar (⅔ cup powdered sugar/confectioners’ sugar) Topping: 150g Nutella, melted (½ cup) 3–4 tbsp chopped roasted hazelnuts (3–4 tbsp) Tin Size: 8” (20cm) springform pan Refrigeration: Refrigerate for 6 hours minimum or, ideally, overnight.
