This is the best No-Bake Kinder Cheesecake ever! It's so easy to make and it tastes amazing. It has a buttery biscuit base, a smooth Kinder chocolate cheesecake filling, topped with a delicious Kinder chocolate ganache, whipped cream, and Kinder chocolate pieces. I show you step-by-step how to make it, with all my tips and tricks to make it even simpler. It's the perfect cheesecake for any occasion, including birthdays, parties, Valentine's Day, and Easter. Ingredients: Biscuit base: 350g Digestive biscuits, crushed (12.3 oz /about 3 ½ cups crushed graham crackers) 180g Salted (or unsalted) butter, melted (6.3 oz / ¾ cup + 1 tbsp) Cheesecake filling: 200g Kinder chocolate, melted & cooled (7 oz / 16 mini bars) 300ml Double cream, cold (1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream) 500g Cream cheese, room temp (17.6 oz / about 2 ¼ cups) 120g Icing sugar (4.2 oz / about 1 cup powdered sugar) Kinder chocolate ganache: 200g Kinder chocolate (7 oz / 16 mini bars) 120ml Double cream (½ cup heavy whipping cream) Decoration: 250ml Double cream (1 cup heavy whipping cream) 4 Kinder mini chocolate bars, cut into pieces Tin size: 8” springform tin/pan For my U.S. audience, use the measurements given in (brackets).
