I used one of my favourite hot sauces, the Nando's Bushveld Braai Sauce. It's not too hot, so it doesn't overpower the recipe. Another alternative that I enjoy is the Peri-Peri Sauce from Steers. It's also quite subtle and it doesn't make the heat unbearable. The tomato sauce adds a bit of sweetness to the recipe. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
