This Edikaikong soup is one of the easiest Nigerian soup to make and i love that it has lots of vegetables in it INGREDIENTS 1.2kg Meat 100g ponmon 1 medium onion ( chopped ) 2 cubes beef seasoning 1 1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste ) 100g stock fish ( you can use more ) 250g dried fish 1/2 cup ground crayfish 4 pieces scotch bonnet ( you can adjust this to your preference) 1/4 cup periwinkle 200ml Palm Oil ( adjust to your preference) 500g waterleaf 200g ugwu leaf You can always adjust your slat and seasoning but I didn’t add more because I did not need to .
