Powerhouse Diane Von Hoffman is in a foul mood after the referee flubs her name and Jennifer Blake wisely does her best to stay out of reach of the behemoth, taking the early advantage as the pair exchange holds. Diane rakes Jen’s face with an eyegouge (the first of many) and blatantly pulls her blonde hair to gain control before burying Jennifer under boot chokes and corner splashes. Jennifer utilizes her speed to outpace her foe with quick reversals, elbow strikes and a Sunset Flip that Diane is forced to gouge her way out of! Von Hoffman’s clubbing forearms and double axe handles hit like being slammed with a bone in ham, driving Blake to the canvas as the veteran neutralizes her opponent’s speed with brute force. Diane clamps on a tight standing Sleeper to further drain the energy from her foe. Blake is resilient and escapes with back elbow strikes, but Diane is tenacious, going back to the hold again and again until Jennifer slumps to the canvas under her opponent’s weight.
