Every year we get our students together for 50 rounds of K1, FC and boxing sparring. The events are loads of fun and we get some great quality sparring in too. All participants raise sponsorship for their efforts and all proceeds go towards the ICO Team England fighters costs for their trip to the world championships. Big thanks to all who took part, family and friends who supported the event and especially to all who sponsored.
