A 1 fall encounter and in the initial stages of the bout, the pair seem well matched. Armlocks, Hammerlocks and Headlocks are exchanged as each wrestler seeks an opening to swing the advantage her way. It’s Kaci that finds that opening , displaying some impressive power as she tosses Aerial around the ring. As is often the way of things here, Aerial’s frustration quickly turns to corner-cutting and poke to Kaci’s eyes brings Aerial back into the fight. Abandoning any semblance of fighting fair, Aerial brings the ropes into her arsenal and it seems as though her tactics might pay off. However, Kaci refuses to go down without a fight. And slowly but surely, she battles back into contention. Two big Bodyslams put Aerial down, but only enough for a 2 count. Eventually, a quickly applied Sleeperhold brings an end to the action as one wrestler is put out enough for a 10 count pin. But is it Aerial who is grounded? Or will this be a KO for Kaci?
