Last week, I was given the privilege of hosting Singapore's first-ever arm wrestling seminar. I was contacted by a local puller, Jeremy, who had the idea of hosting a seminar at his church (St. Matthew's Church) to kickstart their new arm wrestling club there. I thought this was a great idea and initiative so I decided to help out. It was a great event, with a turnout of roughly 40 people and I had such a pleasure meeting and interacting with so many new faces in the community. The tips I share in this video are not only applicable to hosting seminars but also for educating others in arm wrestling in general.
