The core of the game is uncertainty: Can I trust this player? Will they help me? Will they betray me? Should I shoot first? That tension creates the stories. In this video, I break down why a PvE-only mode would affect far more than combat: loot, rewards, matchmaking, player behavior, AI complexity, social risk, and the entire extraction loop.
